Laptop Upgrade Request Received
Your request to upgrade your child’s laptop to a touch-screen model has been received.
Important Items to Note
- If you have more than one child enrolled in CCA, you will need to complete a form for each child.
- Since you chose to upgrade your child’s laptop, you will be required to return his or her current laptop after receiving the new one – CCA will pay the cost of return shipping.
- After submitting the upgrade request form, and when your request for a new laptop is approved by CCA, you will receive an email within 10 business days that contains the UPS shipping and tracking information for the new laptop.
