Japanese 2

In Japanese 2, learners will build upon the knowledge gained in Japanese 1 with a focus of developing communication skills for authentic interactions. Learners will dive deeper into Japanese grammar and supporting structures, all in relation to enhancing their skills in context-based situations. Learners will be able to hold more complex conversations in Japanese while they continue to refine their listening, reading, and writing skills. The successful Japanese 2 learner will produce language in audio recordings and in writing. Due to the cumulative nature of language studies, a minimum grade of 75% (C) in Japanese 1 is recommended.
