Right to Know Law (RTKL)

Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law (RTKL), Act 3 of 2008, requires Commonwealth Charter Academy (CCA) to designate an Open Records Officer to accept written requests from the public and to ensure compliance with timelines and the law. CCA has appointed the following employee for that purpose:
