The most positive aspect of enrolling my children in CCA has been the opportunity to be actively involved in their education.

CCA understands that not all kids learn the same way and they really take the time to work with you when you need extra help.

They have offered far more advanced courses than our public brick and mortar high school, they allow my daughter to work at her advanced pace.

He is doing so much better at a cyber school. Each day he knows his schedule and there is structured learning. The brick and mortar education is unsettled and difficult for children. I know I watched a public school child in December and saw a huge difference and she was struggling with the brick and mortar curriculum and how it is presented.

We let our son choose what he wanted to do this year for school. He is a junior and was very concerned about his GPA with applying to colleges soon. He chose CCA as he knew that the our cyber program was basically a teach yourself program that was not created by he school nor had teachers from our school there to help. He wanted to ensure that he would receive full year of uninterrupted learning, something that many of the hybid programs had with virus’s showing up in the building causing them to go full remote at times. The B&M’s (brick & mortar) are also operating with the knowledge that if they get 25% of the scheduled class programs out to the kids that it is ok. That type of thinking is not ok as it only put the United States further behind in the education of our children.

Just have to say, super appreciative of all the communication from CCA. Communication from teachers, information from this group and CCA has been far superior of anything we ever received before. So happy with our decision to come to and stay with CCA.

The CCA educational programs have really helped my children with having more time and different ways for them to understand information. From also teaching them things early on then public school that is still behind. Too bad he couldn’t have his kid try CCA for a year just so he could see how great the school really is.

It has allowed us to focus on their education and not ideologies. Our current school district is a joke. They can not come together to make an executive decision on anything. How am I to entrust my children’s education to these people if they cannot make any decision for the benefit of the children’s education.

My son gets to engage in his learning support, speech and even a group meeting once a week with peers on his same level of autism. He has no real friends and those meetings with his peers really brighten his week. He gets help if he is struggling and there is always a teacher that is willing to call, message or zoom him if he ever needs their assistance. Everyone has always been kind, polite and helpful in the most way possible which is a major difference from any of his years in public school. My son wants to continue education with CCA through graduation and is comfortable and happy with everyone he has had teach him or assist him with all his lessons since starting in 2017.

My daughter has been able to thrive. Because she is home, she hasn’t been sick at all. She has perfect attendance which could never happen for her at a brick and mortar school. Through the zoom classes she has interaction with others. And I’m able to work with her with things. My daughter is excelling in CCA.

My child who has been passed on with failing grades, is now getting A’s and B’s in her core curriculum that was not the case in our home school district. I have tried private school as well and must say CCA has a better program. I have spent $7200 a year for a few years to educate my children, with our taxes going to our home district that failed my child’s education. That is not acceptable. My child has said repeatedly she never wants to go back to regular school. CCA provides all that is needed and very supportive to students and parents. You don’t get that anywhere else. I have spent $600 plus a month on tutoring to get my child through grade school prior to seeking out private school. Plus thousands to other places to get her help. That should of never been. At CCA my child has excelled.

They provide speech therapy 2 times a week, their special education department is right on top of things related to his IEP (Individualized Education Program), all the teachers are very attentive and great to work with as both a student and parent, the tech department is very quick and knowledgeable, my son has joined both the art club and baking club which he enjoys. He has attended many different virtual field trips this year. He also has access to many online academic programs.”

To me, the school probably saved my son from possibly getting arrested and sent to jail, just because of him hating school. CCA he really likes the school and the idea that he can stay in his PJ’s all day while doing classes. My son has been AT CCA since 9th grade and his marks are much better. Right now my son is making the honor roll, something that he could never accomplish in a regular or charter school. My son is now in 10th grade on his way to 11th. CCA was really what helped my son start to like school. By the end of the year, you meet with your guidance counselor and can pick any electives you think are interesting to you. This past fall my son got to take a Driver’s Ed course. He absolutely loved the class, and received a 94%, grade from this class.

My twin teens have thrived this year in 10th grade, and are able to have learning tailored to meet their individual needs. They are both straight A students in all honors classes, and have the opportunity to take courses that would never be offered through our brick and mortar school. This has been their most successful year to date!

Every experience with CCA has been Cca amazing. My children are happier and much healthier. CCA gave my children the confidence that they lacked because of brick and mortar school. My children were once a number and forgotten about but not since we made the perfect decision to transfer to CCA. Every concern I had as a parent changed when we started with CCA. CCA took all my fears away that we have experienced through brick and mortar. It has been a life changing experience that is the best for my family. The things we have experienced with brick and mortar we never want to experience again. Times changed through the generations and what I experience in brick and mortar is nothing compared to what I experienced with my children, it got way worse with bullying, drugs, violence, etc. With CCA I have no more fear of what is going to happen to my children during school hours. CCA involves all children and they are not left out just because they may learn at a slower pace. CCA does not push our children through the cracks like I have experienced with brick and mortar.

Our son has be benefited greatly from the CCA educational programs and services. His IEP (Individualized Education Program) is being followed and his Team are very understanding. He gets the accommodations, manipulatives, OT (occupational therapy), and assisted devices he needs to succeed. He is very comfortable with using the touch screen environment due to his sensory needs. He communicates well with his support teachers and his classroom teachers by actively participating in class. The class schedules in Edio allow for the flexibility we need to give him breaks to come back and finish assignments. He’s been more creative this year in art, which he lives to do and express himself and in using video responses for some of his assignments because he is very animated and theatrical. He also likes to draw out his answers and write stories. He even received high distinguished honors half way through the school year and has excelled this year and we couldn’t be prouder of him. He socializes with his peers and adds them as friends in some of his games outside of school. We can’t wait to participate in field trips. The virtual field trips will do for now. We’re excited about an upcoming one to Iceland.

“There are a number of human beings in this world that value and truly need consistency. For us, the ability to choose a safe, proven, and consistent education this year was vital. For others, this choice is vital all the time, be it social reasons, health issues, etc etc. We are not to judge others, nor are we to remove their ability to choose what type of education works best for their family. Options like CCA are so important for those who need it, who happen to live in a horrific public school (sadly this is becoming more and more common), or who have a variety of other issues/concerns they absolutely need to work around.”

CCA has benefited my family. It has allowed us to adjust to the ever changing work schedules. We are able to get more therapy for my daughter without having to miss school. I do personally feel the curriculum is more advanced and challenging which is a plus.

Where do I start? CCA listened to me and my concerns right from the start. I expressed that my son was behind in school and that I was very concerned and struggling was causing his behavioral problems. CCA, unlike [our home] school district, actually listened to me and got him evaluated for a IEP (Individualized Education Program) which we just finished the process and he qualifies for help. My son no longer says he hates his school. He says,”Mommy I love my school, I love CCA.” We have no intentions of going back to [our home school district] and dealing with all of their crap to be frank. He is thriving and getting the help he needs now.

The career counselor designed her courses based on her career path. Another student is part of a mentorship and will receive a paid internship with the trade job of his choice. The opportunities are endless.”

We just got here in January, and my son is severely asthmatic to the point that a simple cold for an average person causes an ER trip for him. I did extensive research on online schooling and school requirements before we left out last school and I absolutely loved what I read about CCA and knew that this would be a good fit for my son. He has already shown so much growth in 1 month and I couldn’t be more proud of him or more thankful for being able to utilize CCA and all of the resources we have through them.

“The platform of learning as been fantastic for both of my children grades 4 and 8. It was a learning curve to online learning but my kids have done well adjusting to it. The variety of ways to learn (lecture, videos, online games for quiz/test prep) have kept them engaged. We get calls from their teachers at least once a month and my emails are always returned promptly. The family mentor is a great resource of CCA as well that helped support me when I felt overwhelmed at times in the beginning. I do not believe I would have gotten this at their current district during this time. My son even has a tutor once per week which has been helping too. I know many of their friends in brick and mortar that have done online all year have been struggling and feel it is just time sitting in front of a computer. The option for online cyber school should be funded to the fullest extent and follow each child in their district. Lawmakers need to be fair and put the child’s education first not politics!”

In a word, everything and everyone has been PHENOMENAL. We feel So blessed to have CCA.

“My second grader struggled with reading when entering CCA. She lost a whole 3 months of solid education during the pandemic. Our brick and mortar school had a rough time adapting. Now, she is thriving and reading chapter books! She was identified with having a lower reading level and CCA teachers stepped up and provided extra reading and groups to properly motivate her! I am forever thankful! She made the Distinguished Honor Roll! And my seventh grader…. we fought hard for years to get her in proper classes in brick and mortar to properly challenge her with math and ELA (english language arts). CCA was willing to have her try more challenging, advanced classes…and she is thriving as well. She is in the National Junior Honor Society and Distinguished Honors. Along with several clubs that spark her interest!

Our daughter is six years old and has already learned more conversational french than I did during four years of high school. She has virtual field trips that take her all over the world to learn about different cultures, art, music, and animals. She has bi-weekly meetings with her counselor that I am able to attend with her to facilitate her emotional strategies at home. She has highly trained teachers and the use of excellent educational platforms and subscriptions that allow her to excel, at her own gifted pace, at the convenience of our schedule, in a SAFE place – her home. I cannot imagine the heartache and stress this year would have been for our family if we did not have a public cyber school option.

Also time, he would get about maybe 4 hours after coming home from brick and mortar to do his homework, dinner, shower and have him time. With CCA he gets his work done almost always before 2pm and has the rest of the day to be a kid.”

CCA has made it their priority to make sure my children are successful students. The IEP (Individualized Education Program) team has been on top of the goals and revisions. They are always available when I have concerns and I couldn’t have asked for a better school experience.

“First right at the start, CCA offered more elective programs in elementary school, that public schools do not even offer. That was a great start for anyone moving to a new school. CCA has allowed my children to have the best education and added support that they have ever received. We have only been with CCA for 4th grade with one child and 5th grade with another, this is our first year. CCA has given support from teachers, tech, and many others, during and after school hours, which is a great benefit of being with a public cyber charter school. Both my children’s grades are A’s and B’s, which never happened in all the years we were in a brick and mortar public school. CCA has allowed my children to be in the safest environment possible and around the best support they can be with. I sadly CAN NOT say the same for a brick and mortar public school.”

CCA has help provide a SAFE, LIVE, and quality education for my children when the local school districts couldn’t figure it out. CCA teachers have been available to us to answer questions”within a few hours” but typically its more like minutes, even on the weekend. The school provided so many school supplies that my kids are able to do actual science experiments, beautiful and creative art projects, and learn math with 3-D objects. It is so much more than the standard brick and mortar provides. CCA has also opened up their teaching of math concepts to more than just common core and the”required by the state non-sense” that doesn’t work for everyone. CCA teaches various methods and the children are free to use whichever method they understand best. CCA is the answer to quality education!

CCA has been a HUGE benefit to our son and us as parents. With CCA’s extremely helpful teachers and the system they have in place, I was able to see exactly what work [my son] had done and what still needed finished. I could hold my son to the standard that will be expected of him when he’s an adult in the workplace, and my son has grown leaps and bounds in learning to take responsibility for his work. I had several youth leaders talk to me about noticing a change in [my son’s] maturity after a couple months of starting at CCA. Another bonus was that the teachers WANTED to hear from me and worked with me to hold [my son] accountable, which was not the case at public school.

My kids know about history and animals because of the numerous field trips they’ve attended. So when something is being taught in science or social studies I’m able to relate it to something they saw at a museum or farm. CCA allows me as a parent to be as much a part of my kids learning as I want to be.”

CCA has been great with live instruction and also getting her immediately into O.T. (occupational therapy) and speech therapy. They have gone above and beyond with everything.

“When we started out the year, we were doing cyber school through our home school. It was absolutely awful!! They would not unlock her computer, so she could not get any actual learning from teachers or videos. She cried everyday with the amount of reading computer texts, not understanding because as a 4th grader she was not actually getting any teaching. I talked with the school numerous times but they were unwilling to help or change anything. She was getting more behind, more upset & hating school, and getting bad grades. I had enough and switched her!! BEST DECISION EVER!! She makes straight A’s again, loves school, loves the extra curriculum activities, loves the teachers, and enjoys her classes. The teachers are amazing!! They grade her assignments immediately, (vs taking a week with the other school). If she doesn’t understand the assignment, they will set up times to work with her to understand the concepts! I love this school!! Plan on 3 of my kids doing CCA again next year. Can not say enough great things about this great program and the amazing teachers!”

My daughter’s grades were trending downward on a regular basis while in our districts school. She was quiet and well-behaved and seemed to get ignored due to the many out of control students in her class. I know this to be true because I volunteered often in her class. CCA’s educational programs have offered my children programs that have not been offered at our district brick-and-mortar public school therefore the programs from CCA have let my children experience many more educational opportunities than if they would be at the local district school. With the more advanced and more options at CCA, my children have discovered many more opportunities that would not have been available if they would have attended the local district school. My children have learned languages that they would not have had available from the local school that has advanced my children within their life choices of helping to operate our family business which deals in overseas communications that they now can do.

“My child would never have been able to continue in public school. He would have developed into a behavioral problem and been despised by teachers and peers alike. He was the scapegoat in his class for everyone and everything. Teachers allowed the bullying as a way to control him. In this home setting, he is much calmer, has lots of friends outside of school (the same kids, but he is now accepted by them since his behavior is normal). CCA has given him the opportunity to live a normal life in the community by taking him OUT of the school.”

My son’s one year in CCA offered him more than our school district ever did. Their clubs, trips, teachers willing to offer extra help when needed is just some of the things we did not get with our school district.

They have extra classes that they excel in that was never offered in our public school even after less funding. First let me say that my grandson has been more interested in attending class now than before when he was with public school. He’s learning more at an advanced pace. He’s safe and comfortable. That’s important. His day is well structured from beginning to end. I’ve never seen any school more organized. They are always just an chat, email or phone call away, He’s extremely happy and so am I.

It has provided my second and seventh grader with consistent learning through this year, while the public schools in our area can’t even figure out when to open and when to close. Administratively, CCA seems to have transitioned to accommodate the huge influx of students and families seeking cyber school as an option. We have 6 students in CCA who learn differently. CCA works with each of our kids and challenges them in their learning.

As the parent of a first time CCA family, with friends whom have been in CCA for many years–I am amazed at the education and programs offered by CCA. First, I never knew the credentials of my kids’ teachers and they are in 3rd and 7th. That immediately set things apart from public school. Second- -they have classes with live teachers and can ask questions in real time. Currently our public school has offered 2 days in person and links the other 3 days–it is very confusing and school board meetings don’t address the issues at public school. CCA has constant responsive teachers too for all issues–not just once a year at a 10 minute conference like in public school. My kids have gone on virtual field trips–such as to an alaskan nature preserve, and to Australia, Africa, castles in Europe, met the cast of Hamilton, saw a LIVE magician, played bingo with friends virtually, my daughter enjoyed a tea party. Every aspect is celebrated at CCA–diversity, our constitution, explanations of Black History Month — to name a few. They are in virtual clubs too and making friends! My son is in fly fishing and gaming, while my daughter is in an animal club, art club and an equestrian club. We had picture day. We have all of our supplies including computer supplied, internet paid, and outside extra curriculars also paid. I see my kids learning and growing and the curriculum is paced nicely with extra help for those who need it. Teachers are super responsive. It has been a truly amazing experience and we are happy to be where we are.

It had provided my children with resources, and more academic support than they received in traditional school setting. They have flourished, made new friends and have done very well academically. It removed the bullying element they faced when they attended, traditional charter school, a catholic school, and public school. CCA has been the best choice for my children. CCA has singlehandedly been the greatest thing that has happened to our family. For the first time after six years of public schools, my child was able to focus on her academic achievement. They also listened when I expressed concern that I had a 2nd grader who hadn’t improved in reading since kindergarten and was also behind in math. CCA immediately started the process of evaluating my son to see why he had not improved. The evaluations found dyslexia among other issues. Even before implementing the IEP (Individualized Education Program) for him, the CCA model for learning and how the classes are set up had him improving greatly. He is now on grade level for math and his reading and comprehension skills are also improving.”

My daughter, who is currently a first grade student at CCA, has been struggling with reading and writing. CCA stepped up to the plate and immediately tested her for any learning disabilities so that they would be able to assist her properly so she could really succeed in her educational journey. They were able to adjust her lessons and provide her the help she needed. Her confidence and attitude as improved drastically and she is now enjoying reading books, etc. My husband and I never thought we would see the day where our daughter would come to us wanting to read a book but I am happy to say that that day has come. We love CCA and are 1000% pleased with our decision for her to be a CCA student.

My three children had unique problems in a district school setting that the district would not address. CCA’s staff has taken the time to get to know our family, to hear our concerns, and to work as a team to make our educational experience the best it can be. Since switching to CCA, I’ve seen incredible growth in each of my three kids. They are not only thriving academically, but they have developed skills beyond their years in areas of self responsibility, accountability, time management, communication, organization, and technology. Their needs are all met individually through CCA and I’m so grateful to be on this journey with them.

CCA is a blessing especially since covid. I as a parent was very relieved to have the choice to choose where my child would go to school. CCA was a perfect fit. Their educational programs, field trips, clubs and tutoring are more advanced then the public school my child previously attended. Plus our previous school district mismanaged school funds causing our taxes to increase for years in order to pay it off and no one was held accountable but, the families are paying the price. Plus they never listen to the parents. It was always about how the school district looked not what was best for the students. CCA listens to the parents and students. CCA goes above and beyond to make sure every student succeeds the best way possible.

We even got him a telescope because of one of the field trips he attended. He’s been hooked. The school is a major plus for us. I’m going to take my other kids out of their cyber program and join CCA for them as well.”

CCA has taught my children so much. At b&m (brick & mortar) now my kids would not have learned anything at all. The b&m is a mess right now and kids are learning nothing.

My children can learn somuch more through CCA than my local school provides. The children within our local districts are generally a year or 2 behind my children’s curriculum. However, that being said, students who do not advance at the pace of their peers, do get the INDIVIDUAL help that they need in order to succeed. Local schools cannot claim that. I have had many discussions with parents who have their kids in local schools and they same the things. The schools are horrible and getting worse but unfortunately, with these family’s schedules, it’s their only option. Its unacceptable and another reason you should want to hold these local schools accountable. Holding them accountable should make them want to strive for better.

Now she finds the resources to complete her school work. It has not been easy for her. But is more mature, more responsible, learning to manage her time, being self responsible, happy and autonomous. School has the interest in helping students. For us is great.”

I have been blown away with the quality of CCAS education as well as the care the teachers show. They really care in ways I have never experienced before in a school setting. Students are taught not just what’s in the books, but how to behave and work for themselves. They are learning independence and self-sufficiency. CCA has kept my student on track all year while our home district is floundering and talking about mandatory summer school. My cousin still attends our home district and there are so many times his own teachers haven’t been showing up to class, let alone teaching anything. I have been so impressed with the quality education and flexibility we have been afforded. I lost my grandmother to pancreatic cancer just after Christmas. The staff at CCA has been amazing during the whole process (she started to decline in September, 1 week after school began) and have gone out of their way to make sure my son was seen, heard, and taken care of. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have two high school students; My first child loves the program and is flexible for her learning style. She is able to use her creativity and has great relationships with her teachers. My second child was a senior was struggling to graduate due to the virtual style of her school. She felt overwhelmed; and felt like the system was working against her. Within two weeks of starting; she was getting her work completed and felt supported that she will be able to graduate on time; and has a strong platform to complete her high school career.

The programs and teachers at CCA have worked so well with my kids, especially those who require extra assistance. The teachers give much more attention and assistance on the virtual platform. The one on one meeting have made my kids feel like a person as opposed to a number. They learn until they get it.

CCA has been on the ball with my child’s IEP better than the run around I would get from his home district. He receives OT, counseling and social skills and is thriving. The education fits his needs better and offers more flexibility. Also am happy with the variety of second language programs CCA offers. I know in a non-pandemic situation we would be attending field trips for the social aspects. Such a diverse set of programs/clubs offered.

My child absolutely LOVES CCA! He gets so excited for school. He loves learning and loves all of his classes. He would not have Science, Social Studies, Success Skills, and Spanish at our district school. He would not be exposed to Art the way he is at CCA. He would not have the opportunity to be involved with the numerous clubs CCA offers. CCA has allowed my child to work at a pace that is good for him, while still being involved with his teachers and classmates. We can work ahead when able and take breaks when needed. He doesn’t miss any lessons like he would if he were absent at a brick and mortar school. The curriculum really focuses on writing, which is great. CCA has really enhanced his ability to write well, and without complaining, which is a huge bonus! My child has learned so much since starting at CCA. We love CCA! Our only complaint is that we wish CCA has been apart of his education from the start! If the students love the school, you know they’re doing something right!

“Our experience in our local public brick and mortar schools, where both my husband and I attended as well as both sets of our parents, has not been favorable from the beginning of our daughters schooling career. Children are lost within the system and looked at as a number and not a student. In the public school our daughter had strengths that were not addressed and ignored and weaknesses that went unaddressed even with trying to contact teachers and administrators. This is our fourth year at CCA. Since we switched, our son gets better grades and engages more in class and at home. My son has an IEP (Individualized Education Program) and the special education department of CCA has been phenomenal! They go above and beyond to make sure his needs are met and that he is progressing as his should. The other services such as extracurricular activities, clubs, and field trips outweigh any and every school, I dare to say in the state of PA. WE LOVE CCA!

CCA has done more for my child than I could’ve imagined. Not just in education but also the teachers and the time they take with each child. If they need extra help it is available in so many ways. If parents need help it’s available. Mentors for families. The interaction with the kids and teachers are wonderful, even after 3pm. It would take pages for me to express the gratitude that we have for CCA. We will not put our child back in our school district if CCA is not available. There are always other options and we will decide what, where, when etc.. our child does especially when it comes to school. It is our right our freedom to make that choice.

My son is far more independent than he would have been at a traditional school. He is about to participate in hockey and other activities that a traditional schooling would have prevented. I know he’s safe at home. He’s not being bullied.

I have been passionate about my childrens education since before they were born. We purposely chose where to build our home based on the school district long before children were even a consideration. Over the years, I have come to realize that a traditional brick and mortar school is not the most appropriate solution for each and every child. We have spent hours considering all of our options and landed on CCA this year, partly due to the pandemic, but also partly as a search for an alternative to brick and mortar options. We still live in a good district. At this point, I intend to send my daughter to brick and mortar, but my son would not have thrived in the way he is if he were in a traditional school environment. Each and every child is unique and comes with their own set of needs and wants – being able to capitalize on their talents and focus on their weaknesses is really giving each child the absolute best chance for success.

There are times when my boys need the flexibility of the recorded lessons vs guided instruction and CCA provides that. The staff is also available for extra help and emails are answered promptly. The flexibility is amazing. If we are sick we have more then ample time to make up the work, not like the limited time brick and mortar gives. Both of my children’s health has improved as well since being in CCA.

It has made us more involved in our kids learning! My kids have had more opportunities, and we now feel safe! Not just from Covid but from bullys and bad teachers! CCA has worked best for our family.

My daughter loved the field trips. The teacher interaction has been great for both of my kids. My daughter enjoys the L2L (Learner to Learner Services program) in which she tutors another student in math. Neither one of my kids have to worry about getting sick, which would be a huge distraction for them.

My oldest son, for the first time in years, likes school. My younger students are getting the speech and language assistance that they need, as well as additional academic help that they did not receive last year. My daughter is able to learn at her own pace and choose the courses that best fit her thoughts and plans for a future – thankfully they are not a”one size fits all” school.

“CCA has allowed my child to attend school (since B&M, brick and mortar schools wouldn’t even let him in the building with his inability to wear a mask), they also provided him with an IEP evaluation which my B&M school failed to do. My child has been able to get the services and therapy that he requires for his education. We are able to mold his education around his needs and how he learns. None of this would be possible in a B&M school. My child would never be able to sit at a desk and be silent to learn. I’m seeing far too many parents having to drug their hyperactive children just so they can attend school. This is a horrible precedent. Children are not a”one size fits all” and their education shouldn’t be either.”

I had a high schooler that was failing and a middle schooler about to have behavioral plans put in place. Now they are both have A’s and B’s and one is on the distinguished honor roll.

My boys are both on the spectrum. They have received the help they needed through CCA and would have been packed into a classroom in West Perry and sent on their way.

The flexibility, the one on one attention, the patience, the help they provide. It’s all amazing. CCA even sends out ALL school materials needed for the entire school year AND provides access to field trips to get students engaged with each other, AND live classrooms to talk with each other and teachers, AND sends a reimbursement check for the internet to be paid for to complete school. I have never had so much help from any public school system. The public school system is a joke. CCA is an AMAZING option and should be supported.

We evaluated several cyber schools. I was impressed with CCA’s rigorous curriculum, Edio, supportive parent community, Agworks, and extra curricular activities.

My family has been with CCA for 5 years now. I have watched my children blossom into their own person with the ability to learn at their own pace and the way that works best for them. With my oldest he could never sit still he did his whole kindergarten year bouncing on a ball. CCA has also gone above and beyond on making sure that my students have the necessary programs to help them grow as a person not just a student.

CCA’s educational program have been exceptional for my daughter. During the end of the 2019-20 school year, schools moved to an online platform due to the COVID pandemic. The online curriculum presented by our district was severely inadequate. My daughter was receiving less direct instruction and resources for learning than she had when she was going to school in person every day. We enrolled her in CCA at the start of the 2020-21 school year, and we have been astounded with the amount of personalized instruction, resources, and dedication to her education from the faculty and staff at CCA. My daughter is learning a 2nd language! I know of no other elementary schools in our area that offer a language to a child as young as our second grader. Multiple studies can confirm that language acquisition is a skill that our brains develop during our pre-adolescent years. Most schools do not offer a language course until 7th grade, at the earliest. This is just one of the many advantages we have witnessed during our short time at CCA.

We needed flexibility of when we could do schoolwork because when one of the boys DON’T want to do schoolwork we can just do it a different time! Love how flexible CCA is!

As a new family last year I was so thankful for the support of all CCA staff, especially the mentors. Sometimes what felt like such a silly question they always answered with positivity and were always happy to help. This year I joined the team of mentors and I can say the support they show families is the exact same support they show each other. This team is amazing! CCA is amazing!
