Robert Schultz

Robert Schultz, Ed.D., joined CCA in 2023 and serves as chief learning officer.

Mr. Schultz leads the K through 12 academic vertical of the organization by overseeing programs and services for students, families, and staff.

With more than 30 years of education experience, Mr. Schultz previously served as a school district superintendent, assistant superintendent, principal, assistant principal, and teacher.

He holds a doctorate in educational leadership from Widener University, a master’s in educational leadership from Shippensburg University, and a bachelor’s in exercise and sport science from Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Schultz was the recipient of the George M. Leader Excellence in Education Award Outstanding Principal, and the Peer Recognition Award and Acclaim Award Inspiring Leaders from West Shore School District.

A resident of Cumberland County, Mr. Schultz is married and is the father of three children.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and returning to Penn State for football games in the fall.
