Norm Miller

Norman Miller, Ed.D., joined CCA in February 2024 and serves as provost of the high school.

With more than 30 dedicated years to public school education, his experience encompasses rural, urban, and suburban school districts.

Prior to joining CCA, Dr. Miller served as superintendent of Central Dauphin School District, one of the largest and most diverse school districts in Pennsylvania.

He previously held various roles in Altoona Area School District – from high school English teacher to assistant superintendent – and as CEO for one of Pennsylvania’s first cyber charter schools.

Dr. Miller earned his doctorate in educational leadership from Pennsylvania State University.

After graduating from college, he traveled the world as a young backpacker and continues to enjoy traveling near and far with his family.
