Nicole Smith

Nicole Smith, Ed.D., returned to CCA in 2023 and serves as provost – middle school program.

In this role, Ms. Smith oversees professional learning and development, teacher induction, instructional coaching, and leadership development.

She previously served CCA as middle school assistant principal from 2013 to 2018.

With more than 22 years of experience in education, Ms. Smith served as high school principal, high school assistant principal, grade-level coordinator, instructional coach, and classroom teacher.

She holds a doctorate in educational leadership from Immaculata University, a master’s in teaching and curriculum from Pennsylvania State University, and a bachelor’s in elementary education from Shippensburg University.

Ms. Smith served as a Pennsylvania Core Advisory Committee member and is an adjunct professor at Immaculata University and Eastern University.

A resident of Perry County, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, on the family farm, being an auntie, doing CrossFit, and having good food.
