Danielle Mariano

Danielle Mariano joined CCA in 2021 and serves as chief quality and compliance officer.

Ms. Mariano is responsible for collaborating with departments to create, evaluate, and support schoolwide systems that ensure efficient and effective operations at CCA. She also leads the teams responsible for enrollment, student demographic data, state reporting, state testing, and truancy.

With nearly 20 years of experience, she previously served as a senior vice president of compliance, deputy secretary for administration, director of the Bureau of Budget and Fiscal Management, director of the Bureau of School Audits, and an auditor.

Ms. Mariano holds a master’s degree from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree from Franklin and Marshall College and is certified in Prosci Change Management and as an Agile Scrum Master.

A resident of Dauphin County, Ms. Mariano resides with her husband and their two children.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, taking classes on change management and organizational development, running, and spending time with her family.
