Christy Sink joined CCA in 2019 and serves as chief human resources officer.
Ms. Sink enjoys all aspects of human resources and believes in a very “customer-focused” approach. Her goal is to remove barriers for employees so that they can be successful at CCA.
CCA’s staff complement has grown relative to its student growth, and her team has worked tirelessly to keep up with the growth and ensure that student-teacher ratios remain appropriate.
With more than 30 years of experience, her background includes human resource management in the business, private, and public sectors.
Ms. Sink holds a bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College and holds certifications in DiSC, Caliper, and SHRM.
A resident of Cumberland County, she is married and has five children.
In her spare time, Ms. Sink enjoys spending time with her family, reading, participating in a book club, and caring for her animals.
