In Yoga and Pilates, learners focus on the skills and techniques of yoga and Pilates, including basic yoga poses, breathing, stretching and relaxation as a method to improve flexibility, decrease stress and improve physical and mental well-being. The course may include other forms of strength training, toning and conditioning, plus a cardiovascular activity every day.
