Web Design and Development

In Web Design and Development, learners begin with a historical tour of the Internet and World Wide Web. They will then gain an understanding of HTML, the language of Web, fundamentals.  This will enable learners to hand-code their first basic webpage. As they continue to explore by adding elements such as images and tables to their web pages, they will gain the confidence to learn how to style their pages using CSS and design a website using wireframes. Learners will end the course with a project demonstrating their ability to design and hand-code a multi-page website.
