Physics

Physics will provide the learners with an introduction to a variety of critical physics concepts. The course is designed for learners who have never taken a physics course. Physics principles are broad so that they can be applied to a wide variety of investigations, such as measuring speed to investigate the motion of anything from atoms to planets, The primary principles learners will explore include kinematics, mechanics, energy, momentum, oscillation, waves, light, and electricity. Inquiry methods and interactive experiences will help learners apply principles to specific situations. Physics learners master a specific problem-solving method. Knowledge of physics opens the doors to many career pathways and those pathways will be investigated throughout the course.
