The Introduction to Running is designed to create opportunities for being physically active. Topics covered include goal setting, decision making, reflecting, safety, proper attire, training methods, body systems, nutrition, body mechanics, pace, races, cross training, running principles, the long run, and recovery run. Learners will track their progress in individualized runs.
