Intro to Communication

Introduction to Communication uses real-world scenarios and examples to help learners sharpen their communication skills. Interpersonal, intrapersonal, group and mass communication are the focus of this course. Learners will evaluate the importance of verbal and nonverbal cues and conflict-resolution strategies.
