Hospitality & Tourism

Hospitality and Tourism introduces learners to the various fundamentals of hospitality and the key aspects of the industry. The course incorporates three different sectors of the field: accommodation and lodging, food and beverage, and travel and tourism, including hospitality services provided by airlines and cruise lines. Learners are also taught communication and interpersonal skills, such as teamwork. The topics of front office operations, conflict resolution, hygiene, and food safety are also included.
