Honors Social Studies 6

In Honors Social Studies 6, learners will explore the geography and cultures of the world by region through the lens of the five themes of geography: location, place, region, movement, and the interactions between humans and their environment. Learners will begin their journey around the world in North America and explore the Three Ts, Trade, Travel and Technology, around the globe. Through the course, learners are able to explore the world around them and become informed citizens. This course is designed to challenge learners through activities focused on critical thinking, collaborative discussion and deep exploration of content.
