Honors Earth Science

Honors Earth Science will allow the learner to explore, compare, research, reflect and make real-world connections in Earth science. Throughout Honors Earth Science, learners will study Earth’s systems and the history of our planet. Learners will explore Earth’s spheres, including the lithosphere, hydrosphere, biosphere, and atmosphere. Learners will also examine various cycles, such as the water, rock, carbon, and nitrogen cycles. Learners will also explore human impact on Earth’s systems and cycles. The most successful Honors science learners are problem solvers and strong writers with highly developed organization skills.
