Career Planning 10 focuses on practical skills that prepare learners for the world of work. Learners will examine how workplace and career opportunities are changing, continue to explore entrepreneurship as a pathway, and explore effective strategies for finding a job. They will gain hands-on experience with the application process, from completing job applications and requesting letters of recommendation to drafting resumes and preparing for interviews. In addition, learners will practice key employability skills such as time and project management and adaptability, which are essential for career growth in a rapidly changing workforce. The course emphasizes career portfolio development and culminates with learners updating their individualized career plan and reflecting on their learning and progress.
