Faith Russo

Faith Russo joined CCA in 2013 and serves as chief business officer.

Ms. Russo oversees financial operations, including accounting, payroll, grant management, budgeting, financial management and compliance, and strategic planning, and manages the facilities department.

With 20 years of experience in the financial arena, she previously served as a senior director of accounting operations, government reporting and reconciliation accountant, financial analyst, and staff accountant, which included being an independent auditor for local school districts.

Ms. Russo is currently pursuing a master’s degree in school business leadership at Wilkes University and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Penn State University.

She is a Pennsylvania Certified School Business Official and is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials and the Association of School Business Officials.

A resident of Cumberland County, Ms. Russo is married and has one son.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting the beach, listening to music, and cooking.
