Learner Discipline and Due Process

All learners enrolled in CCA are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the rules of the school and parents are expected to cooperate with the school staff in helping learners maintain this conduct. Learner codes of conduct are set forth in this handbook. Learners are also guaranteed due process of law as required by the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. In a case involving a possible expulsion, the learner is entitled to a formal hearing. See Appendix H for the Discipline and Due Process Policy.
