Legal Studies: Personal Law

Legal Studies: Personal Law introduces the structure and function of state and federal legal systems. Learners will explore the fundamental legal rights guaranteed to all persons in the United States and learn how common contractual and consumer rights are enforced by the courts. Additional topics include a review of the United States Constitution, employment laws, and laws that protect employees.
