Biology

In this course, learners will be introduced to the fundamental concepts of biological sciences. Learners will use science and engineering practices to explore topics such as ecosystems, photosynthesis, cells and DNA, genetics, evolution, and biotechnology. Laboratory experiences will support learning throughout the course. Upon completion of Biology, learners will be able to understand and apply biological concepts to the world around them.
